Cocktails for Malawi 2019
Join your friends from Malawi Children's Initiative for an evening of live music, cocktails, heavy hors d'oeuvres and a silent auction of Malawian woodwork and art to benefit the children of Malawi.

About the event
Malawi Children's Initiative is a 501c non-profit working to improve the lives of children in one of the poorest nations in the world. By improving access to education, healthcare and food security, you can help the children of Malawi live better, longer, more productive and happier lives.
Join us for our 2nd annual Cocktails for Malawi. Last year we had over 120 attendees and raised enough to build a primary school. The school building was completed within 6 months of the fundraiser and is currently being used by about 200 children.
This year we hope to raise $40,000 to build a clinical laboratory and improve radiological services for the pediatric ward at Kamuzu Central Hospital in Lilongwe, Malawi.
We are looking forward to a evening of live jazz music, heavy hors d'oeuvres, and an open bar with beer, wine and cocktails. There will be a silent auction of Malawian artwork and carvings.
Suggested attire - this will be a mainly outdoor event, suggested attire is "Dressy Casual".
